Our pricing model is designed to be flexible and straightforward. We offer services at a base price, allowing you to add your own markup. This means you have the opportunity to set your prices based on what you think is best for your business and participants, enabling you to generate additional income.
During our free consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive overview of the costs involved, ensuring clarity at every step. Additionally, a one-time payment of USD 500 deposit is required to secure your retreat, which is fully refundable once the retreat takes place.
*A deposit of USD 500 is required to initiate the retreat planning process. This deposit will be fully refunded if the retreat is successfully conducted. If the retreat does not occur, the deposit will be retained to cover the preparatory work completed.
Do I receive any benefits as the host/organizer?
Absolutely! As the organizer, you'll receive complimentary accommodation* and meals during the retreat. Your travel costs—such as flights and transfers—can also be covered by incorporating them into participant fees, allowing you to travel for free. The biggest benefit is the logistics and expert travel arrangements we provide at no cost to you. We manage all the planning details of your retreat so you can focus on creating an impactful experience for your participants.
*Complimentary accommodation will be provided for retreats with 10+ rooms and/or full property buyouts.
