Clients can experience our lifestyle services—such as itinerary curation, on-trip concierge, specialty procurement, and thoughtful touches—completely free of charge for one trip planning session. Please note that this trial does not include complimentary services, such as upgrades or early check-ins/check-outs.

3. Booking Requirement
Clients must initiate the trip planning process within 14 days of signing up for this offer by completing the necessary questionnaire and providing relevant travel details.

 

4. Trip Timeframe
The trip planned as part of this trial must take place within 180 days (6 months) from the date of the initial planning session.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel the planned trip, the standard cancellation policy will apply. Clients must notify Oni Collection of any cancellations in accordance with this policy. Please note that if a client cancels the trip, they will forfeit the opportunity to utilize the free trial again in the future.

 

6. Non-Transferable
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services beyond the specified complimentary offerings.
